تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى عرض الاتجاهات الحديثة والمعاصرة في دراسة تنظيمات العمل، وتعد هذه الدراسة بمثابة دراسة نظرية بحته، اعتمد فيها الباحث على تحليل مجموعة من أحدث البحوث في مجال تنظيمات العمل، ومن من خلال تحليل هذه البحوث عرض الباحث مفهوم التنظيم، والدراسة السوسيولوجية للتنظيمات، والاتجاهات النظرية في دراسة التنظيم، والاجراءات المنهجية ومستويات التحليل في دراسة تنظيمات العمل، وأخيراً عرض الباحث القضايا المعاصرة في مجال دراسة تنظيمات العمل.
The current study aims to present modern and contemporary trends in the study of work organizations, and this study is a purely theoretical study, in which the researcher relied on analyzing a group of the latest research in the field of work organizations. Through the analysis of this research, the researcher presented the concept of organization, and the sociological study of organizations, Theoretical trends in the study of organization, the methodological procedures and levels of analysis in the study of work organizations, and finally the researcher presented contemporary issues in the field of study of work organizations.
